Digital Sewing Patterns
All products currently sold through Willow & The Owl are digital PDF sewing patterns, available for download following purchase. No physical products are shipped.
Due to the digital nature of our products and the immediate access provided, we do not generally offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, accidental purchases or incorrect selections once the digital files have been supplied.
Problems With Your Download
If you experience difficulty accessing your files, receive an incorrect file or believe there is an issue with your purchased pattern, please contact us at hello@willowandtheowl.com.
